Three models are available: Large studio, small studio and two-room suites with microwave and refrigerator. All feature a private bath, full closet, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, cable and telephone hook ups, carpeting and window treatments. Safety and convenience features are everywhere: handrails, safety bars, fire alarms and sprinklers, and call buttons in every apartment.

Utilities and weekly housekeeping are included in the monthly rental fee.
